| LaCie HDD icons, for Mac OSX! |
I was in need of a good icon for my LaCie Firewire, to put on my desktop, and I decided to create it.
It was made using Illustrator+Photoshop+Can Combine Icons+Iconographer, and now you can download it from here, or from downloads section.
I made two versions, glassy and incut, with different kind of icons on the top:
Icons are 128x128, and can be sized at any smaller size.

| DigitalFun is born - press release |
[VARESE - Italy] November 7, 2006. DigitalFun S.R.L. is formed by a group of experts of ITC (Information and Communications Technology), a brand new company which will operate at 360° in the entertainment area, dedicating particular attention at multimedia and videogame world, that is going to become the most appreciated form of entertainment by the masses. The DigitalFun project is made by the union of the people of the team Enemyx, and the most active founders of Italia Network Service.
DigitalFun’s business can be splitted into 3 main groups: software, services and publishing.
The interactive games development and the community for the “new media” (mobile/web/interactive TV) have also the object to make DigitalFun the Italian leader in the mobile and web business.
The people that are heading Digitalfun made their know-how to grow in different areas of the digital interactive entertainment till now, and this made easier to get work contacts, with the most important Italian and international companies involved in the entertainment world.
Development for such interactive game products, requires not only advanced programming techiques, but also a very high know-how level of usability, portability, gameplay, communication and product design.
Videogame design, like any multimedia product, is something very different from the “simple” know-how of software programming, and it’s something more related with the artistic value of the final product.
DigitalFun can already claim the co-organization of mogaFORUM 2006 (www.mogaforum.com), an international conference dedicated at mobile gaming, that will be in Milan, the November 16, 2006.

For the first time I find myself writing a news wich is absolutely not related to the site or to my works, but it worth it! Italian football team is the Champion of the World, taking to home the Germany 2006 trophy. After thousands of critics to the team, after all the process (not yet finished) of calciopoli, the fabulous Azzurri reached to arrive at the final in Berlin, and won on France 6-4 at penalties, after a very suffered match. Italy got disadvantage very soon, with a penalty transformed into goal by an unforeseeable spoonish shoot by Zidane, then scored with Marco Materazzi, the man who would have committed the penalty faul, took a crossbar with Luca Toni, scored a goal (cancelled because of a millimetric offside by Daniele De Rossi) with Toni, and then trying to defende from France for good part of the 2nd half, and the two extra-times, but Italy never lost the concentration, and made France team to arrive at shoot a very few times.The Vieira's injury, the red card for a crazy Zidane and the crossbar taken by Trezeguet at penalties, are prelude for victory, thanks to the infallible Italian penalty shooters (Andrea Pirlo, Marco Materazzi, Daniele De Rossi, Alessandro Del Piero and Fabio Grosso in the shooting order). It has to put in evidence the wonderul performance of some Azzurri, Fabio Cannavaro over all. Unbelievable the performances of Fabio Grosso, Gianluca Zambrotta, Gianluigi Buffon, Andrea Pirlo and Gennaro Gattuso, but also thanks to all the others, we reached to take home a trophy that we were following from lots of years. Grazie Azzurri!

Portfolio section updated with a new work. This is a promotional flyer for the mobile game WWE RAW, which will be included in the magazine with DVD: WWE WRESTLING SUPERSTARS which you can find in Italian kiosks, distributed in Italy by Digital Bros and Silver Vision.

Today a good number of mods and infusions have been applied to fresh dezign. Here is what I added in particular:
antispam protection for comments
antispam protection for the guestbook
side panel "most downloaded"
side panel "randomfolio"
downloads section now divided in categories and subcategories
But also, lots of minor mods have been applied, for improving some technical features in site. |
